How to Apply

The next deadline for receipt of applications is February 2, 2012.

We ask that applications be submitted in both of the following ways:

1. One complete hard copy of the Application Form (including supporting documents) must be mailed to and received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at:

   AND

2. One completed Application Form only (without supporting documents) must be submitted online and received by 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012.

Assessment Process

The Fund will confirm receipt of each proposal.

Fund staff will review all applications.

Eligible organizations’ proposals will be assessed in relation to the Fund objective, priority areas, project and organizational criteria, including the submitted budget.

A grant review committee will consider applications that most closely meet the Fund’s priorities and criteria.  

For Registered Charities (Qualified Donees), click here to view a copy of the contract grantees will be asked to sign.

For Non-Profit Organizations (Qualified Organizations), click here to view a copy of the contract grantees will be asked to sign.

Applicants may be requested to provide additional information or materials.

Please note:

1. Only one application per organization will be accepted for each application deadline.
2. Faxed applications will not be accepted.
3. The online application form will generate an automatic acknowledgement email. If an applicant wishes to receive acknowledgement of the Fund’s receipt of the hard copy version, it is the responsibility of the applicant to track the submission via courier or registered mail.
