The Child Welfare Institute (CWI) is a branch of the Children's Aid Society (CAS) of Toronto. They partner with their own internal departments as well as external agencies to evaluate programs that affect the children and families that they serve. We are fortunate to be able to announce that SEDI will be working with the CWI to conduct research and evaluation into the SEDI lead Opportunities for Youth Account Pilot Project – a financial literacy and matched savings project designed for youth in care.

The Youth in Care project is being administered in partnership with TD Bank Group and is funded through the Toronto Community Foundation's Vital Ideas Fund.
