Module 1

This module will help you to describe the goals of your program; identify your clients’ need; develop a program model and an action plan for your program.
Module 2

This module provides activities to list your marketing goals and identify cost-effective ways to promote your program as well as develop a marketing and recruitment plan.

Module 3 Learn how to develop an assessment and selection process for program candidates. There are also tips to help you identify the selection criteria and the tools you can use.
Module 4 By the end of the module, you will be able to design a curriculum within the parameters of your program; create participatory workshop activites; assess the skills and knowledge of your trainers and coaches; put together a participant workbook; and, set up client files.
Module 5 Steps by steps guides to look at support services and mentorship programs you can offer to your clients. Idenfify techniques and strategies to help your clients establish a realistic business and plan an effective business coaching session.
